Your Account

Terms & Conditions: If you are a new customer to our site, you may create an account during the checkout process. This will enable you to save address details for future use and to keep an eye on the progress of your order. For security reasons we never save payment details. Having an account will also enable you to leave comments/reviews on the site.


Changing and cancelling your order:

Unfortunately, in most circumstances, it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. If you’d like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please call us on 01629 813573 and have the debit or credit card that you made your purchase with, to hand – If the order has not been dispatched, we can cancel & refund your order to the card you paid on.


Returned Parcels

Should your parcel be returned to us for any reason (UK delivery ONLY), for example due to a wrong post code or incomplete address, addressee gone away, or parcel not called for, the sender will be liable to pay a resend charge of £3.85. We will notify you of any returns and ask you to contact us with your payment details for us to re send the parcel for you with the correct details.



Please note, that you can place 1 order per delivery address. If you would like to place an order for more than one product, to more than one address, please call us on 01629 813573 – a member of staff will be happy to arrange this for you.  You will also be charged for delivery for each address. Please note that all our boxes that are ordered through our website are made to order, we do not carry stock of products, and it may not always be possible to dispatch your order on the same day.


Damage through delivery

At Holdsworth Chocolates we always want our customers to receive their chocolates in perfect condition. However, we do understand that at times, our products can be damaged in transit. If your package is damaged during delivery, please contact us straight away.

We will ask you to email us photos of the damages that have occurred during the delivery. Once we have received the photos of the damages caused , we will of course replace the chocolates.

Please note that we do not accept returns of damaged products.
